SFA long CTO approach 方式

遇到SFA 的long total occlusion, 依下列方式作突破

1. 由對側作cross-over, sheath tip 在病灶側CFA
2. 以0.018 wire (V18) 加上support catheter 或PTA balloon作支持或是0.035Terumo glidewire 加上angled catheter， 去作transluminal approach
3. 嘗試五分鐘不行，則作subintimal approach/以loop 往下推
4. Try spontaneous re-entry
5. Try different spot re-entry
6. Try balloon re-entry 
7. Try different subintimal space re-entry
8. Re-entry device (Outback)
9. Balloon angioplasty
10. If immediate recoil/ flow limited dissection, go for stinting (use Viabahn only for lesion more than 15 cm and vessel bigger than 5mm, otherwise bare metal stent)
